Since I officially launched my own studio 3 years ago, the work has been non-stop (which is amazing). The downside of all that is that I've had little time to work on my own marketing collateral which includes redesigning Starboard's website (which has been perpetually 'under construction' for about 1.5 years).
Now that I've come across a hot minute of down time, I've decided to give myself my own little design challenge to finally design and build Starboard's website in less than a day. After spending the last 1.5 years thinking about how to design my website, I've realized that I need to build something that is dead simple that can be updated on the fly (because my free time tends to come in spurts of 'hot minutes').
So my solution? A simple landing page with a button to add a little flare and intrigue. Then a blog that will act as a catch-all of my work, musings, and whatever else I decide to spend a hot minute on.
Speaking of hot minutes, this one is up. Until next time, welcome to my re(Launch). :)
